Quality control
Checks happen at the mold, on the paint line and again before packing — not only at final inspection, when it is too late to fix anything.
Incoming & first-article
Resin and pigment checked on arrival; first shots measured against the approved sample.
In-line
Paint coverage and position checked on the line, with dedicated QC per line.
Pre-shipment
Carton drop test, barcode and label verification, quantity audit before loading.
