Five ways to put a character in someone's hands.
Everything below is made to order — your sculpt, your paint masks, your packaging. Minimums are quoted per project rather than fixed, because a 2-inch keychain and a 12-inch statue do not belong in the same price list.
PVC figures
The most requested format. Rotational casting for hollow, cost-efficient bodies or injection molding when you need tighter tolerances and higher volume. Hand-sprayed in our paint line, then pad printed for fine graphics and logos.
- Material
- PVC, hard or soft
- Process
- Rotocast / injection
- Size
- 3–12 inch typical
- Finishing
- Hand spray + pad print
- Best for
- Licensed characters, premiums

Vinyl figures
Designer-toy styling with a heavier feel and softer silhouette. Vinyl takes large flat areas of colour well, which keeps paint cost down while still looking premium on a shelf.
- Material
- Vinyl / soft PVC
- Process
- Rotational casting
- Size
- 4–10 inch
- Finishing
- Matte or gloss, masked paint
- Best for
- Collectibles, art toys

Resin & polystone
Cold-cast resin captures undercuts and fine texture that flexible molding cannot. Usually produced in smaller runs with a weighted base and a numbered edition.
- Material
- Polyresin / polystone
- Process
- Cold-cast in silicone molds
- Size
- 6–14 inch
- Finishing
- Hand painted, decal accents
- Best for
- Statues, limited editions

TPR & silicone
Soft, grippy and hard to break. Used for stress toys, keychains, flexible connectors and anything that has to survive a child, a backpack or a trade show.
- Material
- TPR, silicone, TPE
- Process
- Injection
- Size
- Small to palm-size
- Finishing
- Solid colour, printed logo
- Best for
- Promotional, novelty, functional parts

Custom plastic molding
The same injection floor also runs non-toy work: measuring scoops, small housings, clips and caps in PP, ABS and PVC. Useful when a client needs the figure and its accessory from one supplier.
- Material
- PP, ABS, PVC, TPR
- Process
- Injection molding
- Tooling
- In-house mold shop
- Finishing
- As-molded or printed
- Best for
- Accessories, scoops, small parts

What we need to quote
A reference image or 3D file, approximate size, target quantity and the retail price you are aiming for. If you already have packaging artwork or a style guide, send it along — it shortens the back-and-forth considerably.
No minimum order is published here on purpose: it depends on size, paint complexity and whether tooling already exists.
