Process
Eight stages. Two signatures. No surprises.
Most projects fail in the gap between approval and production. We close that gap with a physical sample and a written spec before the mold is finalised — and again before the run starts.
Brief & quote
Artwork or reference images, target size, quantity and price point. We come back with a material recommendation and a quote.
2D to 3D
A sculptor builds the model. You review turnarounds, pose and detail before anything is cut.
Pre-production sample
A hand sample or print so you can judge scale, weight and the paint plan in your hands.
Tooling
Mold designed and cut in our own shop; first shots checked against the approved sample.
Mass-production sample
The first article from the production mold, photographed and shipped for sign-off.
Production
Molding, spraying, pad printing and assembly run on dedicated lines with in-line QC.
Final inspection
Carton drop test, barcode scan, quantity audit. Photos sent before the container is sealed.
Shipping
Booked from Yantian. FOB, CIF or DDP — documentation and carton marks prepared to your forwarder's spec.
